While we offer a comprehensive package for international relocation, we also offer a VIP package for corporate relocation.
This package has the added value of being more comprehensive than our regular package. While all the needs of a transferee will be met with the regular package, the VIP package offers added incentive to make everything just a tad bit easier on the transferee. The relocation package includes the following:
- Personalized access to CSU's informative online member's center, which contains comprehensive information about the most important aspects of moving to France
- A pre-move briefing, which prepares a transferee for the move
- We send a loaf of French bread to a transferee before the move as a little taste of France
- Airport pick up
- A one-day orientation of the area of transfer
- A two-day program of housing visits to pick out the perfect one
- This includes visits toa selection of 12-20 housings in two days or 5-10 properties in one day
- With either choice, the transferee is offered a personalized car and driver to view these properties
- A welcome package sent in advance
- We offer assistance with lease signatures
- We offer assistance with utilities (EDF/GDF, telephone, cable)
- A thorough property inspection and inventory
- A welcome basket with initial move-in necessities
- We offer assistance with Mobili-Pass or Loca-Pass file administration
- Help with furniture rental coordination
- We offer one day of schooling assistance
- We offer one day of settling in assistance (this includes bank account opening assistance)
- We offer executive pre-move assistance
In additional to these deliverable items, we offer a help line that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is offered to a VIP package holder for three years.
Through the VIP package, we offer a comprehensive approach to servicing a customer. Every potential need is meet with this program and for those that are unanticipated, we have a help package. In addition, the car and driver allows for shortened times looking at properties (as the CSU Housing Consultant won't have to park and walk to each property). And, this way, the housing consultant can be hands free in servicing the transferee during the day of visits.
Our sole goal is to make the relocation process as easy as possible for the transferee and his or her family.
